The range of Thermofin air-cooled industrial condensers TCW with a large V-shaped block fin tubes for refrigeration, air conditioning and process liquid cooling applications. Condensers are resistant to weather conditions and UV rays, available in various versions, enable flexible selection of the unit. The nominal capacity range from 52,2 to 720,7 kW. The large double V-shaped block fin tubes ensures high condenser efficiency, optimizes airflow and storage space usage.
TCW condensers are equipped with axial fans from 2 to 9 pcs with a maintenance-free external rotor with insulation class F. Motors are thermally protected on the winding. Operating temperature range from -30°C to +60°C.
The standard powder-coated (RAL 7035) housing, made of a galvanized steel is a durable self-supporting structure.
Block fin tubes made of corrugated copper tubes with a diameter of 12 mm. Aluminium fins with spacing: 2.0; 2.2; 2.4; 3.0 mm. Optional: Aluminium slats coated with epoxy resin. To prevent oxidation, the heat exchangers are brazed in a protective gas atmosphere.
