The series of heavy-duty air cooled condensers Alfa LU-VE AlfaBlue designed for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. AlfaBlue condensers are available for both horizontal and vertical air direction, either in single (BCM) or dual (BCD) coil execution. Models with rated power from 56,00 kW to 1069,00 kW.
AlfaBlue condensers are prepared to work with HFC and HFO refrigerants. The Alfa Laval quality system is in accordance with ISO 9001 and all products are designed according to CE and PED rules.
Condensers as standard equipped with highly efficient AC fans or energy-saving EC fans with diameters: 800, 910 and 1000 mm and various noise levels. External rotor motors, IP54 protection class in accordance with DIN 40050. Integrated thermostats provide reliable protection against thermal overload. Maximum design pressure: 33 bar (BCM, BCP), 30 bar (BN), 45 bar (BCH).
The frame structure ensures high durability in difficult operating conditions and protects the tubes against damage due to vibrations and stresses caused by thermal expansion. The housing is made of galvanized steel sheet (high corrosion resistance), covered with an epoxy coating.
Depending on the area of application, a variety of AlfaBlue condensers is equipped with copper cross-fin (BC) tubing and smooth stainless steel tubing (BN). The innovative block fin tube ensures excellent heat transfer with minimal refrigerant charge.
