Thermofin TEDC air coolers with dual air discharge of the new "Commercial" series offer the best price-quality ratio, easy installation, service and maintenance. Equipped with 1 to four fans with diameter 350 mm, they provide high-quality cooling in cold rooms of supermarkets, gastronomy and trade in the nominal power range from 4.20 kW to 19.20 kW.
Casing. Standard body made of galvanized steel with RAL 9010 powder coated housing that is durable and has a self-supporting structure.
Block fin tubes. Internally corrugated copper tubing with diameter of 9,5 mm. Slats made of aluminium, spacing 4 mm and 7 mm. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right side. To prevent oxidation, the exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere. On special request, TEDC air coolers can be equipped with epoxy-coated aluminium fins.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with diameter 350 mm, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP 54 protection class and F insulation class. Working range is from -30 °C to 65 °C. Motors equipped with thermal protection on the winding.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box is carried out in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Drip trays made of aluminium with RAL 9010 powder coated. They have polyamide condensate drain and threaded connection. The trays are tilted for easy cleaning.
