We offer a range of Thermofin TEDB commercial air coolers with double block and double-sided air discharge, bottom suction and air discharge on both sides. Flat evaporators in the nominal capacity range from 2.7 to 22.7 kW, equipped with silent axial fans with 350 mm diameter. Airflow ranges from 1 606 to 11 487 m3/h.
Casing. Standard body made of galvanized steel with RAL 9010 powder coated housing that is durable and has a self-supporting structure.
Block fin tubes. Internally corrugated copper tubing with 12 mm diameter. Slats made of aluminium with 4 or 7 mm spacing. Refrigerant connection located in the airflow direction on the right side. To prevent oxidation, the exchangers are brazed under a protective gas atmosphere. On special request, the TEDB air coolers can be equipped with epoxy-coated aluminium fins.
Fans. The coolers are equipped with silent axial fans with a diameter of 350 mm, with maintenance-free external rotor, IP 54 protection class, and F insulation class. Motors are thermally protected on the winding. Working temperatures range from -30 °C to 75 °C. The fans force the air through the block fin tube on two sides.
Defrosting. Optional electrical defrosting of the block and tray prepared for connection in an electrical box in accordance with EN 60204-1 standard.
Drip tray. Drip trays made of aluminium with RAL 9010 powder coated. It has a condensate drain made of polyamide and a threaded connection.
