DMC ELIMINATOR range of hermetic filter-driers with a tank, optimized for use in systems where the condenser cannot contain the whole refrigerant. Danfoss filters contain a solid element consisting of 100% molecular sieves and are particularly suitable for air-conditioning systems with HFC and HCFC refrigerants and polyester oils. Applications: air-conditioning equipment, heat pump systems, portable refrigeration installations.
Danfoss DMC filters have a high drainage capacity at high and low liquid temperatures, ensuring optimal flow characteristics and dirt retention. Available with soldered connections (copper-plated steel connections). Approved for use as a high-pressure tank in accordance with PED 97/23/ WE-a3p3 directive, thermally stable up to 120 °C. The 25 μm (0.001 in) filter provides high levels of dirt retention with minimal pressure drop. The combination of filter drier and reservoir provides fewer parts, space saving and quick, easy installation.
