We are pleased to offer a range of ELIMINATOR® hermetic tank filter-driers, optimized for use in systems where the condenser cannot hold the whole of the refrigerant. A series of Danfoss DCC filters contains a solid element consisting of a 3A molecular sieve and activated alumina. They are particularly suitable for use in air-conditioning systems with refrigerants from the HCFC group and mineral oils, as well as with HFC refrigerants and polyester oils. Applications: air-conditioning equipment, heat pump systems, portable refrigeration units.
The combination of the filter-driers and the reservoir reduces the number of components, saves space and is quick and easy to install. DCC filters provide high dewatering capacity at high and low liquid temperatures. Approved for use as a high pressure tank in accordance with the PED 97/23/WE-A3p3 directive. Available with soldered connections, stainless steel nozzles. Temperature stable is up to 120 °C.
The 25 μm (0.001 in) filter provides high levels of dirt containment with minimal pressure drop.
