We offer a range of ELIMINATOR® hermetic, bi-directional filter-driers for use in liquid pipelines. Filters protect refrigeration and air-conditioning systems from moisture, acids and solid particles by eliminating these particles from the refrigerant, keeping the system safe from undesirable chemical reactions and impurities. Danfoss DCB filter-driers with a fixed cartridge consisting of 80% molecular sieves and 20% activated alumina, are designed to work with the following refrigerants: R134A, R22, R404A, R407C, R410A, R407F, R1233zd, R1234ze, R290*, R600*, R32*, R454B*, R452B*, R444B*, R454A*, R450A*, R1234yf*. Applications: traditional refrigeration systems, heat pump systems, air-conditioning equipment.

The built-in check valve ensures proper flow through the filter in both directions. Pollutants are not released into the system when the flow is reversed. The use of sealed bi-directional filters allows the replacement of up to ten solder joints during installation of heat pumps. This helps to reduce production costs and the number of potential leak points. DCB filter-driers can be used in heat pumps with HCFC refrigerants and mineral oil as well as HFC refrigerants and polyester oil.
Steam traps are available with flare or solder connections (copper or copper connections) in sizes from 0,5 to 30 cubic inches.
