Description:

• chambers for storing apples;
• 18 chambers equiped with a controlled atmosphere (CA) + 6 rapid cooling chambers;
• the capacity of cameras is 2 880 tons;

Equipment:

• Helpman, ЕСО air coolers;
• Danfoss refrigeration automatics;
• equipment set to ensure controlled atmosphere - Isolcell Italia S.p.A.;
• software ISOSOFT Italia S.p.A. (allows remote monitoring of the storage's operation)

The system operates in ULO mode. The system includes two CO₂ scrubbers, a nitrogen generator, and a gas analyzer.
