The model range of microplate heat exchangers, Danfoss type MPHE, is designed for use in heat pumps, refrigeration units, and precision air conditioning systems with a cooling capacity of up to 400 kW (up to 800 kW for the Z series). The innovative plate design optimizes heat exchange in the condenser or evaporator, ensuring increased efficiency by reducing refrigerant charge and minimizing energy consumption. Microplate heat exchangers are optimized for air conditioning systems using R410A and are also compatible with refrigerants such as R32, R452B, R454B, and other fluids for commercial cooling, including R134a, R448A, R449A, R452A, R290, and more.

MPHE microplate heat exchangers type Z are higher efficiency evaporators. All models of Z type evaporators are designed for both new and reconstructed buildings include compact installations on the roof and in the basement.
