The PAL-STORE system is recommended for storing small fruits as well as any fruits sold in small batches, requiring highly flexible control of the gas environment composition for storage.
The PAL-STORE system consists of specially designed, high-strength transparent containers that house crates of vegetables and fruits. Precise measurements and a computerized control system regulate the levels of O2 and CO2 within each individual transparent polyethylene container, ensuring even distribution of gases throughout the container's volume.
The PAL-STORE system is modular, meaning it can be used for storing practically any quantity of crates; the detachment of individual containers from the system does not disrupt the gas environment in others.
As additional equipment to enhance storage quality, the patented PALCLEAN® system by Isolcell can be utilized. This system eliminates spores and odors.
